This Privacy Policy applies to the WeekKalender mobile application ("Application"), developed and published by Jeroen van Dijk ("Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a freemium service and is intended for use as is.

The Service Provider is the data controller responsible for processing personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited technical information automatically when you install and use it, such as:

• Operating system version
• App usage statistics (pages visited, time spent in the app)

This information is used only to:

• Maintain and improve the Application
• Diagnose technical problems
• Ensure app security and stability

The Application does not collect precise location data.

The Application does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its main features.

All calendar data entered into the Application is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

• Legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Application
• Your consent when you choose to contact the Service Provider or share data
• Compliance with legal obligations

4. Third‑Party Services

The Application uses RevenueCat to manage in‑app purchases and subscriptions for the Pro features.

RevenueCat may process limited information such as:

• App user ID or anonymous identifier
• Purchase history
• Subscription status
• Device information required to validate purchases

RevenueCat acts as a data processor and only uses this information to provide subscription functionality. More information can be found in the RevenueCat privacy policy.

The Application does not use advertising networks or tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell or rent personal data.

Information may only be disclosed if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users or the Service Provider.

6. Data Retention

Since personal data is not stored on external servers, most information remains only on your device.

If you contact the Service Provider by email, your message and contact details may be retained for up to 12 months to respond to your request.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request data portability

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published in the Application or on the App Store page with a new "Last updated" date.
